5. All traffic fines are subject to an addition of AED 25 flat fee & Salik to an addition of AED 0.50 per crossing as administration charges. Credit card authorization is required. 

6. 5% VAT is applicable on the advertised rate as per UAE federal law. All amounts stated in this agreement are exclusive of any sales tax or equivalent tax.

7. Default registration for all vehicles will be Abu Dhabi plates.

8. Vehicle should not be driven outside of UAE

9. Premature Termination:

• Ford Explorer as a replacement vehicle to be provided in case of regular service, accidents, and breakdown. No replacement will be provided in case of total loss, the contract will be terminated without penaltyMandatory Documents Required for Credit Approval

Lease Period - Penalty Terms for 12 Months

0 to 12 Months - No Termination 

13 to 18 Months - 4 Months 

19 to 24 Months - 3 Months

• If the customer does not return the vehicle on completion of 12 months, the lease charges from the 13th month of the contract will be double the monthly lease rate.
• For 24 months Lease: If the customer does not return the vehicle on completion of 24 months, the lease charges from the 25th month of the contract will be double the monthly lease rate.

10. Driving License & Driver Age:

Minimum age of driver should be 25 and the driving license should be more than 12 months old , Except for transferrable license (non GCC) holding a UAE DL less than 6 months with minimum 1 year back home license.

11. Mandatory Documents Required for Credit Approval:

Passport with Visa Page of Driver

• Emirates ID of Driver
• UAE license of Driver
• Salary Slip (Minimum Salary requirement: AED 25,000 per month)
• 3 Months bank Statement
• Valid Salary Certificate (not more than 1 month old)
• Signed and filled Customer Information Form (for credit approval)
